Custom Orders

• All custom orders are final. No changes, returns, or exchanges are allowed.
• Before ordering, please confirm fabric type, exact measurements, and recipient details.
• Required measurements: shoulders, chest, waist, hips, and total length.

Ready-to-Ship (Kuwait)

• Return allowed only within 10–15 minutes of delivery.
• Item must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• No returns accepted once the courier has left.
• Customer covers return shipping fees.

Ready-to-Ship (International)

• No returns, exchanges, or repairs accepted.
• Please confirm order details before purchasing.

Local (Kuwait)

• Full prepayment is required.
• Delivery fees range from 2.5 to 3 KD depending on the area.
• Ready-to-ship delivery: 1–3 business days.
• Custom orders: 7–10 business days for preparation.

International

• Prepayment is required for all international orders.
• Shipping via DHL or Aramex depending on destination.
• Delivery time: 5–7 business days (ready) / 7–12 days (custom).
• Orders are subject to destination country customs.
• Customer is responsible for any customs fees.
• We are not liable for delays caused by external circumstances.
