Custom Orders

Custom-made orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Please double-check all measurements and order details before confirming your custom order.


Ready-to-Ship Orders (Kuwait Only)

Returns are accepted only if the item meets the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unused, and undamaged
  • In original packaging with all tags intact

Return requests must be submitted within 10–15 minutes of receiving the item. Returns will not be accepted once the delivery driver has left.

Note: Damaged or used items are not eligible for return.

To exchange a ready-to-ship item, please contact us via WhatsApp at +965-98040860. Our team will confirm the availability of the desired item. Exchanges are processed within 1–2 business days.

Note: Returns, exchanges, and refunds are only available within Kuwait.


Ready-to-Ship Orders (International)

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any international orders.


Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in the event of a product being delivered damaged or broken.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues to us immediately.
