How to Join?
All RE-NEW customers are automatically enrolled. Your order count is tracked through your account. Once you qualify for a tier, you will receive an email with your digital card and instructions to claim your reward.
No registration needed. No expiration. Just keep shopping!
Program Terms & Conditions
- The program applies only to purchases made directly through the RE-NEW website. Orders from pop-ups or physical locations are not eligible.
- Only one account per customer may participate. Orders from multiple accounts cannot be combined.
- Cancelled or refunded orders do not count toward tier qualification.
- Tier upgrades and rewards are processed within 1–2 business days after reaching the required order count.
- Discount codes do not expire. Customers may use their reward at any time after receiving it.
- Only one reward may be applied per order. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or combined.
- Gold members must contact customer service via WhatsApp to redeem their free item.
- Any misuse (e.g. splitting orders or bulk purchases to qualify) may result in disqualification.
- All loyalty cards are digital and for online use only.
- RE-NEW reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
