Order Policy – Local Orders (Kuwait)

  • Full prepayment is required, and the recipient bears the delivery cost.
  • Delivery fees range from 2.5 to 3 KD depending on the area.
  • Colors in the images may slightly differ from reality due to photography and phone lighting.
  • Dry cleaning is recommended for the items.

Custom Orders

  • Before completing a custom order, please review:
    • Fabric type
    • Accurate measurements
    • Recipient contact details
    (No alterations, returns, or exchanges are allowed)
  • Required measurements: shoulders, chest, waist, hips, and total length (exact body measurements).
  • Delivery time: 7–10 business days.

Ready-to-Ship Orders

  • Delivery takes 1–3 business days.
  • If requesting a return:
    • The item must be tried on immediately upon delivery
    • Returned to the courier within 10–15 minutes
  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unused, and undamaged.
  • Returns will not be accepted once the courier has left.
  • Return fees (round-trip delivery) will be charged to the customer.

Order Policy – International Shipping (GCC & Worldwide)

  • Full prepayment is required, and the recipient bears the delivery cost.
  • Delivery fees vary depending on the destination country.
  • Shipments are subject to the customs policies of the destination country.
  • Customs duties may apply and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
  • Renew is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by natural disasters or events beyond our control.
  • International shipping is handled by DHL or Aramex.
  • Colors in images may slightly vary from reality due to lighting and photography.
